Aftercare Instructions

  • Every full set of lashes includes basic aftercare: lash wash, a cleansing brush, and a spoolie brush with case. I also have lots of lash-safe upgrades for sale if you’re so inclined.

  • Please brush your lashes daily, I will happily demonstrate if this is new for you.

  • I recommend washing your lashes at least 3x week even if you aren’t working out or wearing makeup. Skin cells, natural oils, pollution, and dust can cause build up on your lash line. Build up can cause blepharitis, blepharitis can cause lash mites. YOU DON’T want lash mites.

  • If you wear make up (a lot or a little) I recommend purchasing a Breakdown Make Up Remover. Its totally lash safe and great at removing any kind of makeup, especially eye make up and even lipstick!

  • If you do hot yoga, boxing, or any kind of sweaty workout wash your lashes afterwards.

  • If emotions have taken over and you shed some tears wash your lashes when the coast is clear.

  • If you come in contact with bodily fluids near the eye area wash your lashes afterwards.

  • It’s totally normal (and devastating) to lose 1-5 lash extensions per eye per day. Brushing and washing may show you what’s shedding but I assure you its a healthy loss. You may see a natural lash attached to the extension, this is normal. Natural lashes are on a cycle where they shed every 90 days or so.

  • What’s NOT normal is if you can’t brush through the lashes because of something sticking together, or causing discomfort. Please reach out if this happens.

Remember, clean lashes are happy lashes!

Retention is best when you keep those babies clean. I stock the best aftercare products and can recommend a regimen for you.
